My first Sea Kayak voyage into the famous Phang Nga bay. 7.5 hrs out, slept on Koh yao noi island and then 6.5 hrs home. 53 kilometres covered. A great 2 day adventure that has woken up muscles in my body I haven't felt since the Atlantic row. 17 months until I take on the mighty Amazon river.
